The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.
Men’s sizing. At 40mm it wears true to the original’s proportions. Every piece is checked and photographed before dispatch; the watch you receive is the one in the QC images we send you.

Does the white dial yellow over time?
The dial is printed white enamel or painted material, not lume. With proper storage (avoiding direct sunlight for extended periods), the colour remains stable for years. The QC photograph shows the current white tone so you have a baseline reference.
Is the white dial easier to read than black?
Yes, in daylight the white dial provides superior contrast for the black dial indices. At night, lume on both colours is equally visible. The white dial is often favoured for readability in bright conditions.
How do the chronograph subdials function?
The chronograph pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock start/stop the stopwatch and reset it to zero. The subdials at 9 o'clock (running seconds), 6 o'clock (minutes), and 3 o'clock (hours) measure elapsed time. The QC video demonstrates this before shipment.
Can I swap out the bracelet for a leather strap?
Yes. Standard Daytona lugs accept aftermarket straps. We ship the watch on its stainless bracelet; third-party strap suppliers offer canvas, leather, and rubber options compatible with the lug width.
