This page sets out what we learn about you when you shop with us, what we do with it and how long it stays with us. We are the data controller. We work within the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR, and where you are in the EEA the EU GDPR applies as well. Super Clone Luxury is a UK-based online store selling 1:1 super clone watches; none of them is an original.

What we know about you

  • Who you are and where to reach you: your name, email address and delivery address.
  • What you ordered: the watch, the date, the price, your order history and the emails between us about it.
  • How you paid: we take bank transfer and cryptocurrency only, so no card details ever reach us. We keep just enough to match a payment to your order and to refund it if we need to.
  • How you use the site: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, gathered automatically as you browse.
  • Whether you want to hear from us: your marketing preference.

We gather this when you order, write to us, join our mailing list or browse the site.

The photographs we send you

Before your watch ships we email you photographs, and often a short video, of the piece itself. They are part of your order record, alongside your reply approving them, and we keep them with the order for as long as we keep the order (see below), because they are the shared record we both rely on if the watch ever comes back to us. They show the watch on our bench, not you, and they stay with your order.

Why we hold it

  • To fulfil the order you placed with us: sending payment details, the pre-dispatch photographs and tracking, answering your questions, and handling any return or warranty claim. We need this to carry out the contract between us.
  • To keep our books: the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records.
  • To keep the shop safe: spotting fraud and protecting the site is in our legitimate interest as a business.
  • To write to you about new arrivals and offers: only if you have said yes. This rests on your consent, and you can take that consent back whenever you like; the unsubscribe link in any email does it.
  • To see how the site is used and improve it: where the law asks for it, this rests on your consent to analytics cookies; otherwise on our legitimate interest in running the site well.

We do not sell your data, and no decision about you is made by a machine alone.

Who else sees it

  • The couriers: DHL Express, FedEx and UPS receive your name, delivery address and contact details so they can deliver the parcel and keep you posted.
  • Our email service: the infrastructure that carries order emails, the photographs and, if you have opted in, our newsletter.
  • Analytics: we may use Google Analytics, which gathers technical data about how visitors move around the site.
  • Advisers and authorities: accountants, lawyers or public bodies, where the law requires it or a legal claim has to be made or defended.

Where a provider handles data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision or on contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

For how long

  • Order records, with the correspondence, photographs and payment references that belong to them: six years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Enquiries that do not become an order: for as long as it takes to deal with your question, then deleted.
  • Technical and analytics data: up to two years for Google Analytics cookies; session cookies expire when you close the browser.

What you can ask of us

Under the UK GDPR you can:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have anything inaccurate corrected;
  • have your data deleted where we no longer need it;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it;
  • object to processing that rests on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
  • receive the data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • withdraw consent, wherever consent is what we rely on.

To do any of these, email info@supercloneluxury.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we answer within one month. If you feel we have got something wrong, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) will hear a complaint; if you are in the EEA, your local supervisory authority will too.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, and customer data is seen only by the people who need it to look after your order. Because we never charge a card, there are no card details anywhere in our systems. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, so please do not email us sensitive information we have not asked for.

Cookies on this site

Essential cookies keep your basket, your session and the site’s security working; switching them off breaks the checkout. Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics where we use it, tell us which pages are read and how visitors move through the site, and they are set only with your consent where the law requires it. Google Analytics cookies last up to two years; session cookies clear when you close the browser. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Under-18s

This shop is for adults; we do not knowingly gather data from anyone under 18, and we do not accept orders from them, as our terms and conditions say.

When this policy changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially alters how we use your data, we email customers with an open order or an active marketing subscription.

Writing to us about your data

For anything to do with your personal data, email info@supercloneluxury.com or use our contact page. For a question tied to a specific order, orders@supercloneluxury.com is quicker. The couriers we use are listed on the shipping page.
