These terms apply to every order placed through supercloneluxury.com, and by ordering you agree to them. We have kept the language plain; if anything is unclear, write to us before you buy.

1. About these terms

Super Clone Luxury is a small online store run from the United Kingdom. We trade only through this website; there is no showroom to visit. For general questions write to info@supercloneluxury.com; for anything about an order you have already placed, orders@supercloneluxury.com. We aim to answer within a day.

2. The watch you are buying

Each watch on this site is a 1:1 super clone, and we never call it anything else. Nothing we sell is an original. Where a reference name appears here (Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe) it tells you which design a piece follows, nothing more. We have no connection with those brands or their owners, they have not endorsed us, and their trademarks remain theirs.

By ordering, you confirm that you understand you are buying a replica and that you will not pass it off to anyone as an original.

3. Seeing your watch before it ships

Once your payment has cleared, the watch passes a final quality check and we photograph it, often with a short video, and send the images to you. It is dispatched only when you have approved them. If you do not approve, tell us why: we resolve the issue where we can, and otherwise cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Paying for your order

Prices are shown in US dollars sterling and include tracked, insured delivery. We take payment by bank transfer or in USDT, BTC or ETH; no card is charged at checkout. When your order is in, we write to you with personal payment details or a secure link. Please pay only to the details we send, and follow them exactly.

Your order rests on hold until the money arrives. If it has not reached us within a reasonable time we close the order and let you know. A price change after you have paid does not affect your order.

5. When your order becomes a contract

The confirmation email you receive after ordering acknowledges your order; it is not yet our acceptance of it. The sale becomes binding on us at the moment your approved watch leaves the workshop. Up to that point we may cancel and refund an order in full if the watch is out of stock, a pricing or description error has come to light, we cannot verify the payment, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. Refunds travel back the same way the money came in.

6. Getting the watch to you

Every order travels free of charge, tracked and insured, with DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, in an unmarked box under an ordinary trading name. The watch is collected within 1 to 2 working days of your approval; delivery then typically takes 5 to 10 working days depending on region. These timings are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties and customs charges in your country are ours to cover (see our customs page). Switzerland is the one address we cannot deliver to.

Once the parcel has been handed to you, or to someone you have asked to receive it on your behalf, the watch is in your care. Please tell us about damage or non-delivery within 48 hours of the courier’s delivery scan; that lets us raise the insurance claim. The shipping page explains how.

7. If you want to send it back

A watch that has not been worn, with its protective films in place and all its original packaging, may come back to us within 14 days of delivery once you have a return number from us. Any clear statement to orders@supercloneluxury.com that you wish to cancel is enough to begin. Return postage is yours to pay unless the watch is faulty or not what you ordered. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 working days of inspection, by the route you paid through; crypto goes back to the wallet it came from. A watch that has been worn, sized or altered, or an item sold as final sale, cannot be returned.

The full conditions are on our returns and warranty page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Our 12-month warranty

Twelve months in our care, against faults in how the watch was made. Misuse, accidents, water damage and the ordinary marks of wear fall outside it, and no manufacturer’s warranty from any brand applies. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

9. Caring for the watch

Our watches are made for everyday wear, with water resistance at roughly the 50 m level: a wet afternoon, not a swim. Swimming, diving and long contact with water are not recommended, and damage from them is not covered by the warranty.

10. What we are responsible for

We remain fully responsible where the law says we must be: for death or injury caused by our carelessness, for fraud, and for anything else that cannot be excluded. Beyond that, the most we will owe you on any order is the amount you paid for it, and we cannot answer for losses that follow indirectly, or for hold-ups at couriers or customs that are outside our hands. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Who can order

Ordering from us is for adults: by placing an order you confirm you are at least 18. You are also responsible for making sure the watch may be received at the address you give us.

12. Your data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

13. Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute arising from an order, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, nothing here removes rights under your local law that cannot be excluded. Should any part of these terms prove unenforceable, the rest continue to apply.

14. When these terms change

We revise these terms from time to time. Whatever version is live on the day you order is the version that governs your order.
