The figure on the product page is the whole cost of getting the watch to you. Import duties, taxes and customs handling charges in your country are ours to cover, and there is nothing to settle when the parcel arrives.
What we pay so you do not have to
Every order travels free, tracked and insured with DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. Where your country levies duty or tax on an incoming parcel, that cost sits with us. You should not need to hand anything to the courier on arrival, and no bill from the customs authority should follow.
How parcels are packed and declared
- Every order leaves in an unmarked box under an ordinary trading name. Nothing on the outside identifies our store or refers to any watch brand.
- We prepare the customs paperwork the courier needs for clearance, so there is nothing for you to complete or sign.
- Your parcel is insured for its full value from the moment it leaves us until it is signed for.
If a courier asks you for a fee
Now and then a local depot moves faster than our paperwork and applies a charge that should have been billed to us. If that happens, please do not refuse the delivery. Settle it, keep the slip and send it to orders@supercloneluxury.com with your order number; we return the amount in full, by the same method you used to pay for the watch.
Where we ship
We are a UK-based online store and deliver to most countries. Switzerland is the one address we cannot deliver to. If you are unsure about yours, ask us before you order.
A note on what you are receiving
Our watches are 1:1 replicas. They are not made by, licensed by or connected to the brands whose designs they follow, and we say so on every page of this site. The promise above covers the cost of getting your watch to you; everything else about the sale is set out in our terms and conditions.
Questions about delivery times, tracking or packaging are answered on our shipping page and in the FAQ.
