Before you choose
Is this the real thing?
No. Every piece here is a 1:1 super clone, built to follow the design of a well-known reference. None of our watches is made by, licensed by or connected to the brand it resembles, and we never describe them as anything other than replicas. Where a brand name appears on this site, the name tells you which design a piece follows, nothing more.
How faithful is the clone to the reference?
Case dimensions, dial printing, bezel action, bracelet and clasp are built to match the reference as far as current clone manufacturing allows. We do not claim perfection. Small differences exist, and if you ask before ordering we will tell you where they are on the model you have in mind.
Which movement will be inside?
A Swiss-grade clone automatic movement, chosen to mirror the calibre of the reference in function and feel. On some models a Japanese Miyota version is listed separately. Expect a power reserve of around 48 hours in typical use. Every movement is checked on our bench before the watch is photographed for you.
Can it get wet?
It is built for everyday wear, roughly what a 50 m rating implies: a wet afternoon, not a swim. Washing your hands and being caught in the rain are fine; swimming, diving and long spells in water are not, and water that has got inside is not something the warranty covers. Treat it as you would any mechanical piece you care about and it will serve you well.
Do you deliver to my country?
Very probably. We are a UK-based online store and send to most of the world, free, tracked and insured. Switzerland is the one address we cannot deliver to. If you are unsure about yours, write to info@supercloneluxury.com before you order and we will confirm.
Once you have paid
Nothing was charged when I ordered. How do I pay?
Nothing is charged at checkout. When your order is in, we write to you with personal payment details or a secure link; the order rests on hold until the transfer or crypto lands, and if it never does we close it quietly. We take bank transfer, USDT, BTC and ETH, and every price is in US dollars sterling.
What happens once my payment has landed?
Your watch goes through a final quality check in our workshop. We then photograph it, often with a short video, and everything comes to you by email. Nothing is dispatched until you have seen it and said yes.
When your photographs arrive
What will I see before my watch ships?
The exact piece that will be yours, on our bench: the dial and hands, the bezel alignment, the case sides, the bracelet and clasp, and usually a short clip of the movement running. These are not stock images. The watch you receive is the watch you saw.
Can I ask for more photographs or a video?
Yes. Tell us what you would like to see, whether that is the lume in the dark, the date change or the clasp engraving, and we will send it. Take your time; the watch waits for you.
What if I do not like what I see?
Say so. If something in the photographs does not sit right, we look again and put it right where we can; if that does not settle it, we cancel the order and refund you in full. Nothing leaves without your approval.
On the way to you
How long until it is on my wrist?
Once you approve the photographs, the watch is packed and collected by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS within 1 to 2 working days. From there, 5 to 10 working days is typical, depending on where you are. Delivery is free, tracked and insured on every order. The shipping page has the detail.
How is the parcel labelled?
It travels in an unmarked box under an ordinary trading name. Nothing on the outside points to our store or to any watch brand; the presentation box and papers sit inside.
Do I owe anything when it arrives?
No. Duties, taxes and customs charges in your country are ours to cover, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Should a courier ever ask you for a fee, settle it, keep the slip and send it to us with your order number; we return the amount. More on our duties and customs page.
Where is my watch right now?
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the courier scans the parcel, and it works on the DHL, FedEx or UPS site. If the tracking sits still for a few days, write to orders@supercloneluxury.com, quote your order number, and we take it up with the courier for you.
Living with the watch
What is in the presentation box?
It arrives in its presentation box. Tucked alongside it: the QC certificate and warranty card, the papers, a microfibre cloth and a pouch to protect it on the move. The full set ships with every watch; nothing is left out. Browse the range in the shop.
It has arrived and I have changed my mind. What now?
You have 14 days from delivery to send it back, as long as it has not been worn and the packaging and protective films are as they came. Write to orders@supercloneluxury.com first for a return number. For a change of heart the return postage is yours, tracked and insured please; if the watch is faulty or not what you ordered, it is ours. The refund goes back the way you paid, within 5 to 10 working days of the watch passing inspection. The returns page sets it all out.
Something has stopped working. What does the warranty do?
Twelve months in our care, against faults in how the watch was made. It does not stretch to knocks and drops, to water that has got inside, or to the ordinary marks of wearing a watch, and there is no manufacturer’s warranty of any kind: this is a replica, not a brand-made watch. Send a photo of the problem and your order number to orders@supercloneluxury.com and we take it from there.
