Every watch we sell is a 1:1 super clone, a replica and never an original, and every one of them travels the same way: free of charge, fully tracked and insured, to almost anywhere in the world. Here is what happens between your payment clearing and the parcel reaching you.
Before anything leaves the workshop
We do not dispatch on payment alone. Once your bank transfer or crypto has landed, the watch goes through a final quality check and we photograph it, the actual piece on our bench, and send the images to you. Approve them, and it is packed and collected by the courier within 1 to 2 working days. If something in the photographs does not sit right, tell us and we will put it right before it ships. The watch you receive is the watch you saw.
From our bench to your door
Orders travel by express courier: DHL Express, FedEx or UPS, whichever serves your destination best. This is the shape of the journey, counted in working days from the moment you approve the photographs.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 0 | You approve the photographs. |
| Days 1 to 2 | Packed in an unmarked box and collected by DHL Express, FedEx or UPS. Your tracking number is emailed to you. |
| Days 3 to 12 | In transit. Five to ten working days is typical wherever you are; remote or rural addresses tend to sit at the upper end of that range. |
| At your address | Nothing to pay. Duties and customs are already covered. |
These are typical timings rather than promises. Public holidays and the occasional courier delay can add a few days; when that happens we tell you what we know as soon as we know it.
What the parcel looks like
Plain and unmarked, under an ordinary trading name. Nothing on the outside gives away what is inside; a neighbour signing for it sees an ordinary box. Inside the outer box is the presentation case; with it travel the QC certificate and warranty card, the papers, a microfibre cloth and the pouch we use for travelling.
Following the watch on its way
Your tracking number comes from orders@supercloneluxury.com as soon as the courier scans the parcel. It works on the courier’s own website and app, so you can follow the watch through every hub until it reaches you. If the tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we take it up with the courier for you.
Duties and customs
Any import duty or customs charge that arises in your country is ours to cover. You should not be asked to pay anything when the parcel arrives. Should a courier ever request a fee, settle it, keep the slip and send it to us; we return the amount. The customs page explains how this works in more detail.
The one address we cannot deliver to
We cannot deliver to Switzerland; an order with a Swiss address is refunded in full and we tell you why.
If the box arrives damaged
If the parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking shows it delivered and nothing has reached you, email orders@supercloneluxury.com within 48 hours of the courier’s delivery scan, which gives us time to raise the insurance claim. Include your order number and, for damage, photographs of the box and its contents. Every shipment is insured; we open the claim with the courier ourselves and keep you informed until it is resolved.
Anything else? Our FAQ answers the questions we hear most, the returns page covers what happens if the watch is not right once it arrives, and you can always write to us directly.
