Will the diamond setting catch on clothing or scratches easily?
Diamonds sit flush in their settings, not protruding. They won't snag fabric. However, any impact on the bezel can damage individual stones. Careful wear is recommended.
Does the diamond-set bezel feel different to wear than a smooth one?
Slightly. The faceted surface has edges, though none are sharp enough to cut. It catches light dramatically, creating constant sparkle. Some find this energetic; others prefer subtlety.
Are the black dial and diamonds a common combination?

How often do diamond settings need tightening?
