The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.
Men’s sizing. At 42mm it wears true to the original’s proportions. Every piece is checked and photographed before dispatch; the watch you receive is the one in the QC images we send you.

What leather is the strap made from?
The strap is typically calf leather or a synthetic equivalent. We photograph the leather texture and grain in QC. Genuine leather wears and develops patina; synthetic is more durable but less soft-feeling. Condition is shown on the QC video.
Can I swap the leather strap for a metal bracelet?
The strap is permanently glued or riveted to the lugs on many clones. Removing it risks damage. A watchmaker can attempt removal and bracelet installation, but we supply it as configured. Aftermarket leather straps are available separately.
How long does the leather last before cracking?
Leather durability depends on care and climate. Dry air and sweat accelerate cracking. With occasional conditioning, a leather strap lasts 12-24 months of regular wear. We show the strap condition on QC; wear is expected.
Does the leather strap waterproof the watch?
The leather strap does not seal the case. The watch still has daily-wear water resistance. However, leather should not be submerged; moisture can damage the strap material and stitching.

What the Royal Oak Offshore is
The Royal Oak Offshore is Audemars Piguet's larger, sportier take on the Royal Oak, a 42mm case with a thicker presence and a leather strap option that contrasts with the typical integrated bracelet. This variant combines the octagonal bezel with a leather attachment, adding a casual elegance to the sports-watch DNA.
How our clone follows it
We source from the 42mm stainless steel, automatic movement, and leather bracelet DATA. Our QC process checks the bracelet stitching for even gaps and strength, the leather colour consistency, and any creasing or marks on the strap. The case octagonal bezel and lugs where the leather attaches are photographed to ensure clean finishing and tight fit.

The leather strap gives this Offshore a different character from steel-bracelet siblings. At 42mm, it wears sporty yet refined. The strap can be swapped for another leather piece if worn out.
