Is the green dial a modern reference or a custom colour?
Audemars Piguet has released green dials in the Offshore family in recent years. This matches one of those releases. You can verify against current Audemars Piguet marketing materials or international dealer listings.
Does the green dial look different in indoor and outdoor light?
In daylight, the green presents as a true mid-tone green. In incandescent indoor light, it shifts slightly warmer. This is expected for dial finishes with this colour saturation. Under fluorescent light it reads cooler.
How durable is the sapphire crystal for daily wear?
Sapphire is harder than tempered steel and resists scratches from normal handling, keys, and contact with sleeves. A significant impact can crack it, but that is rare in normal use. We cover any defects for 12 months.

What the Royal Oak Offshore is
The Offshore takes the octagonal case geometry of the Royal Oak and expands it into a larger, more aggressive format. The green dial is applied with the same stable finish as the black and blue variants. The green dial pairs unconventionally with formal shirts and distinctly with casual wear.
