Does the blue fade under UV or store light?
The dial is applied by the same process as the black variant, with a stable finish that does not leach colour over time. Under natural light it presents as a true blue; under incandescent light it can appear slightly warmer. This is not degradation.
What does the anti-reflective coating do on the sapphire?
It reduces glare when you look at the watch under bright light or at an angle. You'll see less reflection of your face or the ceiling, making the dial easier to read. The coating is applied to the underside of the crystal.

What the Royal Oak Offshore is
The Offshore family trades the dress watch formality of the standard Royal Oak for a larger, bolder dial and case. In our QC process, we measure dial print registration to ensure the indices are centred, test the bezel action at multiple points, and photograph the bracelet end-to-end for symmetry and alignment.
On the wrist
