The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.
Men’s sizing. At 51mm it wears true to the original’s proportions. Every piece is checked and photographed before dispatch; the watch you receive is the one in the QC images we send you.

Is 51mm wearable on average wrists?
No, not proportionally. The RM55 Bubba sits at the extreme upper end of watch dimensions. It is purchased for presence and statement rather than everyday practicality.
Does the skeletonised dial affect water resistance?
Yes. The open dial means the case is not sealed, so water resistance is minimal. Treat this as splash-resistant only; do not submerge.
What colour is the visible movement?
The bridges are typically gold-toned or black depending on batch. QC photographs show the exact finish before dispatch.
Why is this called the Bubba Watson edition?
Bubba Watson is a professional golfer who partnered with Richard Mille. The M8215 reference carries his branding in the original design.

What the RM55 is
The Richard Mille RM55 Bubba Watson is a golfer's special edition, oversize and bold. At 51mm, it reads as a statement and a half. The open dial work and visible movement are signature Richard Mille, but the Bubba edition brought refinements in finishing and a sportier aesthetic than earlier skeleton models.
How our clone follows it
We build this with a 51mm case in stainless steel and a Swiss-grade automatic that is visible through the skeletonised dial. In QC we photograph the movement visibility and the bridge alignment to ensure the open architecture appears balanced and unwarped. Any damage to the visible components shows immediately.
