Is the 50mm size comfortable as a daily watch?
For most wrists, yes. Fifty millimetres is large but not extreme. The steel weight is noticeable but balanced by the size. If you typically wear watches under 42mm, try this on against a reference first; the jump may feel unfamiliar initially.
What finish does the stainless steel have?
The case combines brushed finishing on main surfaces with polished bevels and edges, creating contrast and reducing perceived wear marks. This is standard Richard Mille aesthetic—not purely satin, not purely polished.
