Will I see my actual Richard Mille before it is dispatched?
Yes. Once payment clears, the exact piece reserved for you is photographed in our workshop and a short QC video is recorded showing the dial, bezel, caseback and movement running. Both are emailed to you. Nothing is boxed until you have replied with your approval; if anything looks off, tell us and we will correct it or select another example.
Can I pay for the Richard Mille with a card?
Not at present. Super Clone Luxury accepts bank transfer and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC or ETH), and the website never asks for card details. Place your order as normal; shortly afterwards our team emails you the account details for the transfer, or a secure link if you are paying in crypto. When the funds have cleared, your Richard Mille is set aside for photography and quality checks, and it leaves the workshop within one to two working days of your approval. Prices are quoted in GBP with shipping and customs already included.
Will I have to pay import duties when the Richard Mille arrives?
No. Any customs or import charges are covered by Super Clone Luxury, so the courier will not ask you for money at the door. The parcel travels with DHL, FedEx or UPS, fully tracked and insured, in plain outer packaging with no mention of watches on the label. The one exception to our worldwide delivery is Switzerland, which we do not ship to.
What if the Richard Mille isn't right once I have it in hand?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it, provided the watch is unworn and still in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send return instructions. Because you approve photographs and a QC video of the actual piece before dispatch, surprises on arrival are rare, but the option is there if you need it.
What does the 12-month warranty on this Richard Mille cover?
Manufacturing faults for twelve months: a movement that stops or loses excessive time, a date that fails to advance, a crown that no longer winds or sets. It does not cover knocks, scratches, water damage from swimming or diving, or work carried out by another watchmaker. If something develops, email us a description and a short video and we will advise on the next step.
How closely does the Richard Mille follow the reference it is named after?
The reference in the title is the original model this piece replicates, and the case diameter, lug width, bezel and dial layout follow that model's published specification, so you can compare the figures on this page with the manufacturer's own. What you will not be comparing is a stock image: before dispatch, the photographs and QC video from our workshop show the exact watch reserved for you. It remains a super clone, described as one on every page and carrying 'Super Clone' in its name; the reference tells you what it was built to match, not that the watch is the original. Movement type and steel grade vary by model and are listed in each specification table.
