The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. What does the 300 M designation mean?
The 300 M refers to the water resistance meter rating in an earlier model generation. The current version keeps the heritage name even though this specific reference is rated 50m. It connects to the Seamaster's diving legacy.
Is the bezel unidirectional?
Yes. The bezel rotates in one direction only, which is the safety standard for diving watches. We verify the click count and rotational direction during QC photography.
Why is this lighter than other sport watches?
The case proportions are refined compared to heavier sport watches. The bezel is thin, and the overall profile is sleek. It is still robust but designed for comfort in daily wear rather than extreme conditions.
Can I service the movement myself?
No. The movement requires a qualified independent watchmaker. We do not supply parts or service instructions. After the 12-month warranty period, service costs are your responsibility.

How our clone follows it
We build this in 41mm stainless steel with an automatic Swiss-grade movement and sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. The dial is light and clean, finished to be legible at a glance. On QC inspection, we pay particular attention to bezel alignment, hand centering, and date window clarity. The 50-metre rating is designed for hand-washing and rain, not diving or sustained water exposure.

At 41mm, this is a comfortable size for active wrists and office settings alike. The Seamaster 300 M has lighter proportions than some sport watches, making it wearable for extended periods.
