The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.
Men’s sizing. At 40mm it wears true to the original’s proportions. Every piece is checked and photographed before dispatch; the watch you receive is the one in the QC images we send you.

Why is it called the Batman?
The black-and-blue bezel colour scheme resembles the comic-book character's colour palette. The nickname is used by collectors worldwide. The bezel colours are black (lower) and blue (upper), distinct from the vintage Pepsi's red and blue.
Does the black bezel colour fade under UV exposure?
The bezel colours are stable under normal wearing. Black and blue do not fade from regular daylight or skin contact. QC photographs show the bezel colour at purchase. Extreme UV exposure or chemical contact may affect colour over many years, but typical daily wear will not change the bezel.
Is the GMT hand functional on this model?
Yes. The GMT hand rotates independently and points to a second time zone. The 24-hour bezel works with the GMT hand for pilotage. Both are functional and verified in QC testing and video before dispatch.
How does the Batman compare to the Pepsi colour scheme?
Batman has black and blue. Pepsi has red and blue. Batman is more contemporary and stark, while Pepsi evokes vintage aesthetics. Both are 40mm stainless GMT-Masters with identical function; colour preference is personal.

What the Batman GMT is
The Batman is the GMT-Master II with the black-and-blue bezel—a stark, contemporary colour scheme that contrasts sharply with the vintage Pepsi. The 40mm stainless steel case makes this the modern sport-watch version of the GMT family. Nicknamed for the bezel's resemblance to comic-book colours, it is instantly recognisable.
How our clone follows it
We build this at 40mm in 904L stainless steel with sapphire crystal and anti-reflective coating. Water resistance is approximately 50 metres for daily wear. The Swiss-grade clone automatic movement runs for roughly 48 hours with a functional GMT hand. In QC photographs we verify bezel colour saturation, bezel rotation and catch, GMT hand function and spacing, and dial finish. Crystal coating and case polish are checked next. Bezel alignment is critical on a rotating-bezel watch, so we photograph it closely.
On the wrist
The 40mm case suits most wrists and the black-and-blue bezel reads clearly at a glance. The colours are crisp and distinct—more contemporary than the vintage Pepsi.
