The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Are the chronograph pushers and subdials functional?
Yes. The chronograph pushers operate, the central chronograph hand moves, and the subdials display elapsed time. Chronograph function is tested and verified in QC video before dispatch. The watch includes full chronograph capabilities.
Is the 36mm case too small for larger wrists?
36mm suits smaller to medium wrists comfortably. Larger-wristed buyers may prefer 40mm+ Daytonas. The vintage 6262 proportions appeal to collectors who want classic 1960s aesthetics. Compare against larger modern Daytonas if size is a concern.
How does the vintage chronograph compare to modern versions?
The vintage 6262 has smaller subdials, classic dial typography, and proportions distinctive to that era. Modern Daytonas have updated finishes and proportions. Both are full chronographs; vintage buyers prefer classic aesthetic.
Is the bezel rotating on this Daytona?
Yes. The tachymeter bezel rotates freely for chronograph use. The bezel catches evenly at each marker and does not stick or bind. Bezel function is verified in QC testing before dispatch.

How our clone follows it
We build this at 36mm in 904L stainless steel with sapphire crystal and anti-reflective coating. Water resistance is approximately 50 metres for daily wear. The Swiss-grade clone automatic movement runs for roughly 48 hours and includes functional chronograph operation (pushers, subdials, and central chronograph hand). In QC photographs we verify chronograph hand alignment, subdial printing, pusher button function, and case finishing. The dial texture and lume application are checked closely. Bezel rotation is verified to be smooth and positive.
