The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is carbon, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

Is carbon case material durable for daily wear?
Carbon is lightweight and corrosion-resistant but more brittle than steel. It handles daily wear well. Impact and scratching cause visible damage. Avoid dropping; minor scuffs are cosmetic and develop naturally.
How much lighter is the carbon Daytona than steel?
Carbon is roughly 40-50% lighter than steel at the same size. The 40mm carbon case and bracelet feel noticeably lighter than a steel equivalent, reducing wrist fatigue.
What does the carbon weave look like?
Carbon fibre shows a visible diagonal weave pattern, typically black or dark grey. QC photographs reveal the texture and finish. The pattern is consistent across the case but may have subtle variations.
Does the chronograph function work differently in carbon vs. steel?
No. The movement and chronograph function are identical regardless of case material. Carbon affects only weight, appearance, and durability characteristics—not mechanical performance.
