The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

What the Day-Date 40mm is
The 40mm Day-Date is a modern interpretation of one of watchmaking's most enduring designs. This reference keeps the day-and-date dial but steps up the case size for a more commanding presence. Stainless steel and automatic movement place it in the contemporary dress-to-sport zone.
How our clone follows it
We build this in 40mm 904L stainless steel with sapphire crystal and anti-reflective coating. Water resistance is approximately 50 metres for hand-washing and rain. The Swiss-grade clone automatic movement runs for roughly 48 hours. In QC photographs we verify dial finish consistency, date window centring, and bracelet end-link gaps. Hour marker alignment and lume application are the details we photograph most closely on a watch of this size.
