The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

Is 28 mm the smallest Rolex Datejust size available?
Yes. The 28 mm is the smallest current Datejust option. Vintage Datejust watches went smaller, but modern references start at 28 mm for women.
Does the 28 mm bracelet require frequent adjustment?
No more than any small watch. The bracelet uses screw-back end links for easy adjustment. We size it for a typical wrist and include spare links for minor tweaks.
What dial colour is the 279173-0019?
