The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.
Men’s sizing. At 36mm it wears true to the original’s proportions. Every piece is checked and photographed before dispatch; the watch you receive is the one in the QC images we send you.

What's the difference between a stick dial and a dial with applied indices?
Sticks are bar-shaped applied markers, aligned vertically at each hour. Applied indices can be various shapes (dots, diamonds, numerals). Sticks are specifically elongated bars, offering a clean, minimalist appearance.
Is 36mm a man's size or do women wear 36mm?
The reference is sized for men, but wrist size matters more than gender. Many women wear 36mm; it depends on wrist diameter. Try one on if you're unsure—36mm ranges from slightly large to ideal depending on wrist size.
How does the white dial yellow over time or is the colour stable?
Dial colour is stable under normal conditions. Age and sun exposure can cause very subtle yellowing over decades, but modern dials resist this. Normal care and storage prevent colour shifts.
Can the cyclops lens over the date be replaced if it scratches?
The cyclops is part of the crystal and cannot be removed without replacing the entire crystal. A full crystal replacement is a jeweller service—not complex, but not a DIY task.

How our clone follows it
We build this to 36mm in stainless steel with a Swiss-grade automatic movement (48-hour reserve). The white stick dial is the key—indices are applied (glued on) and must sit perfectly centred and aligned. Sapphire crystal, anti-reflective coating, and the cyclops lens over the date window. Water resistance is about 50 metres. In QC, we photograph the dial indices under magnification to verify alignment, check that the date window sits centred, and confirm the bezel is symmetrical.
On the wrist
36mm is the timeless size—not too big, not too small, balanced on virtually any wrist. The white dial is formal without being dress-only; the stick indices are architectural and understated.
