The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

How is the Wimbledon dial printed?
The dial is printed with black and white applied sectors on a sunburst base. The printing must be sharp at the boundaries between colours. In QC we inspect under magnification to ensure no colour bleeding or irregularities occur at transitions.
Does the dial look different in low light?
The black sectors dominate in low light, creating a more monochromatic appearance. In bright sunlight, the white and black contrast pops and the sunburst brushing catches more light. This is normal and part of the design appeal.
Is the polished bezel robust?
Polished finishes show scratches readily, especially in the first weeks of wear. This is expected for stainless steel. The underlying metal remains solid and can be re-polished if desired through professional services.
What watch can I compare this to?
The Mother of Pearl is 31mm and more formal. The grey dial 126334-0013 is 41mm but simpler in dial design. All three are Datejust 41, but the Wimbledon is the most visually distinct of the modern dial options.

What the Datejust is
The Datejust 41 in Wimbledon configuration is one of the most distinctive modern Rolex dials. Black and white sectors alternate around a sunburst background—at a glance it reads clean and formal, but up close it has energy. The polished steel bezel is unadorned, so the dial carries all the visual weight.
How our clone follows it
We run this at 41mm in 904L stainless steel with the Swiss-grade automatic movement. The Wimbledon dial is an intricate print, and in QC we verify the black and white sectors are sharp at their boundaries and the sunburst brushing is even. The dial application should not show print irregularities or colour bleeding. The date window must sit perfectly centred.
On the wrist
At 41mm, the Wimbledon dial fills the case well. The alternating sectors create movement visually without being loud. It is formal enough for business and sport enough for casual wear. Compare it to the Rolex Datejust Mother Of Pearl Diamond for a dress-only option, or the Rolex 126334-0013 grey dial for a subtler aesthetic.
