The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

Will the dial texture stay visible after wear?
Yes. The grained dial is part of the moulding, not a surface coat. It does not rub away. During QC, we photograph the texture to show how it catches light. A gentle cloth will keep it clean.
Does the bracelet rattle or move loosely?
No. We tension each link during assembly. The taper design holds the clasp securely at the lug. Movement in the chain is normal and intended—it is not a sign of wear.
Which other Patek sizes pair well with this 38mm?
The 5205R-010 runs 40mm with a chronograph layout. The Aquanaut line also offers 42mm versions for larger wrists. Both stay within the rounded-octagon family.
How is the movement different from the brand's own calibres?
Our movement is a Swiss-grade automatic with no Patek Philippe calibre. It performs to the same reliability standard—approximately 48 hours of power reserve when fully wound.
