Place your order as normal; shortly afterwards our team emails you the account details for the transfer, or a secure link if you are paying in crypto. When the funds have cleared, your Omega is set aside for photography and quality checks, and it leaves the workshop within one to two working days of your approval. No. Any customs or import charges are covered by Super Clone Luxury, so the courier will not ask you for money at the door. The parcel travels with DHL, FedEx or UPS, fully tracked and insured, in plain outer packaging with no mention of watches on the label. The one exception to our worldwide delivery is Switzerland, which we do not ship to.

You have 14 days from delivery to return it, provided the watch is unworn and still in its original packaging. Email us first and we will send return instructions. Because you approve photographs and a QC video of the actual piece before dispatch, surprises on arrival are rare, but the option is there if you need it.

Manufacturing faults for twelve months: a movement that stops or loses excessive time, a date that fails to advance, a crown that no longer winds or sets. It does not cover knocks, scratches, water damage from swimming or diving, or work carried out by another watchmaker.
