The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Is 44mm unwearably large?
For most people, no. On wrists 6.5 inches and above, 44mm is proportional. On smaller wrists, it can feel oversized. Try a 42mm if this feels too bold.
What makes the octagonal bezel durable?
The octagonal shape has eight solid contact points. The polished stainless steel is hard and durable but scratches visibly. We verify in QC that all angles are crisp and unblemished at the start.
Will the bracelet rattle at the crown?
Minimal play at the crown-side clasp is normal. We set end-link fitment tightly in QC so the main bracelet sweep is solid and silent. Some slight movement is expected rather than defective.
What dial does this reference use?
The reference 26400SO.OO.A002CA.01 uses a standard Offshore dial with applied indices. This differs from the Pride of Germany variant, which has a special dial designation.

How our clone follows it
We build this at 44mm in stainless steel with the Swiss-grade automatic movement. The octagonal case is critical: all eight angles must be sharp and perfectly symmetrical across the entire case. We check in QC that the bracelet taper is smooth from the chunky centre links to the thin end links, and the clasp sits flush without rattling or gaps.
On the wrist
At 44mm, this is unmissably large. On wrists 7 inches and above, it balances well; on smaller wrists it extends beyond your hand. The stainless steel weight combined with the size means it feels serious and durable.
