Will the rose gold plating wear off quickly?
Rose gold PVD or plating fades with friction, sweat and repeated contact. Areas like the clasp and bracelet crown fade faster. Normal wear shows significant fading after 12-18 months. We photograph the finish on QC to establish the starting state.
How does rose gold feel compared to yellow gold?
Rose gold has a warmer, pinkish tone; yellow gold is warmer yellow. Both are warmer than white gold or silver. The feel and weight are identical; only the colour chemistry differs. Personal preference determines which suits you.
Can I resize the integrated bracelet myself?
Integrated bracelets are difficult for non-professionals to adjust. Endlinks and links are often glued or riveted. We recommend a watchmaker for resizing. We size conservatively, but final fit adjustment is best left to a professional.
Does the rose gold scratch or scuff easily?
PVD coating is more resistant to scratches than thin plating. Light scratches show grey steel underneath. Moderate care prevents most scuffing. The bracelet clasp, which endures repeated opening, typically shows wear first.
