The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

How durable is the rose gold plating over time?
The rose gold PVD coating is approximately 2–3 microns thick. With normal wear it shows minimal wear after one year. If the plating does wear, it reveals the steel underneath; we can discuss re-plating options if needed.
Does the dial colour match the rose gold tone?
The dial is a warm champagne shade that complements the rose gold. The finish is brushed, not polished, so it does not create glare under light. The two finishes (dial and case) create a cohesive warmth.
Is this version heavier than all-steel Royal Oaks?
The rose gold plating adds negligible weight. The base metal is still steel, so this weighs nearly identical to the all-steel reference. The weight class is substantial but not heavy.
Can the rose gold plating be removed or refinished?
Yes. A plater can strip and re-coat the case and bracelet. This is possible but not included with the watch. Polishing the case to steel underneath is irreversible.
