How does rubber strap aging affect the watch?
Rubber hardens and cracks over 5+ years. The strap becomes brittle at extremes of heat. Replacement is the standard solution.
Is the Aquanaut waterproof for swimming?
The 50-metre rating supports daily splash exposure only. We do not recommend swimming or snorkelling.
Can the round case be polished if scratched?
Yes. The rounded surface polishes well. Deep scratches require professional restoration; we do not offer polishing services.
Does the round steel case show fingerprints easily?
Steel shows fingerprints and water marks. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth removes these marks completely.
