The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. At 41mm, is this oversized for daily wear?

41mm is larger than the classic 40mm but not extreme. It suits most wrists, though those with smaller wrists may find it prominent. It is genuinely wearable as an everyday piece.

Does full diamond coverage make the watch uncomfortable to wear?

The gems extend case thickness slightly but are unlikely to catch clothing. Comfort depends on individual wrist sensitivity; some find gem coverage satisfying, others prefer a smoother case.

How often might a stone loosen or fall out with extensive coverage?
