Is ceramic actually harder than stainless steel?

Yes. Ceramic cases are significantly harder and more scratch-resistant than stainless steel. A sharp impact can still damage ceramic, but they resist everyday scuffing much better.

Will a ceramic case ever show wear marks?

Ceramic resists scratches exceptionally well. Direct impacts on edges can chip or crack it. Very heavy daily wear may reveal minor marks, but resistance to superficial scratching is exceptional.

Is the ceramic case heavier or lighter than steel?

Ceramic is denser than steel. A ceramic case feels noticeably heavier for its size, which many wearers find satisfying.

How rare is the 16800 ceramic reference?
