The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Is 36 mm too small for a men's watch?
No. It's a classic men's size that suits most wrist sizes. Modern fashion favours larger cases, but the 36 mm Datejust remains the benchmark dress watch.
Will stainless steel develop spots or rust?
Not with normal care. Stainless steel develops a patina and light surface wear over time, but won't rust or corrode. Occasional rinsing with fresh water keeps it clean.
How often does the automatic movement need servicing?
Typically every 3–5 years depending on wear. Our 12-month warranty doesn't cover service, only mechanical defects. Plan for periodic maintenance after that.
Can I wear this daily without damage?
Yes. The Datejust is designed for daily wear. The approximately 50-metre water resistance covers washing and rain. Avoid swimming or saltwater exposure.
