The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. How centred should the date be in the magnifying window?
The date window uses a cyclops lens which magnifies the date by approximately 2.5 times. Proper centring means the date appears in the middle of the lens, not shifted left or right. In our QC video you will see this clearly marked.
Why is the grey dial preferable to silver or white?
Grey sits between the two extremes. It is less reflective than a bright white but more lively than a simple silver. Under office lighting it appears cool and restful; in sunlight it shows subtle depth without glare.
Can the Jubilee bracelet handle daily wear?
Yes. The Jubilee is polished, so it will show micro-scratches and links can develop slight play over a year or two. This is normal and expected for any stainless steel bracelet in regular use. The initial fit is tight and secure.
