What does the Offshore family include?
Offshore references vary from 36mm to 44mm in case size. They all share the octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet signature, but dial designs and material combinations differ. This 42mm example is mid-range in the family for size and presence.
How often do octagonal cases need polishing?
The polished and brushed finish will develop hairlines quickly with daily wear. We check the case finish in QC photos to ensure it starts without obvious scratches. Over time, normal wear creates character; re-polishing is available through professional services.
Is the dial matte or glossy?
This version has a matte dial that's easier to read in bright conditions. The dial finish resists glare better than high-polish versions. In our QC photos you'll see the subtle texture and how light sits on the surface.
How does 42mm feel compared to 41mm?
The difference is subtle but noticeable. 42mm reads more clearly as a larger watch and has more dial real estate. On smaller wrists it can feel oversized; on larger wrists it's ideal.
