The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

Will the 45mm case fit a smaller wrist?
At 45mm, this is a large watch. Below 18cm wrist size, it may overhang noticeably. If you are concerned about fit, contact us with your wrist measurement before ordering so we can assess compatibility.
Is the chronograph hand accurate for timing?
The chronograph operates mechanically and the hand position depends on timing the button press and release. It is accurate to within a second or two for normal stopwatch use, not for laboratory-grade timing.
Can the chronograph reset if the bottom pusher sticks?
If the reset pusher becomes stiff, the mechanism may have internal friction. Try gently depressing it without force. If it remains stuck, do not force it; a watchmaker can inspect the chronograph module.
Does the rotating bezel hold its position?
The bezel has friction-stop points at major index markers. It will hold position during normal wrist wear but may drift slightly if knocked or twisted. Resetting it is simple; just rotate back to the desired position.

What the Carrera is
The Carrera is TAG Heuer's classic chronograph family, and the 45mm versions are built for bold wrists. This is a larger sports watch with a chunky case and athletic proportions. The bezel rotates and the dial has multiple subdials for timing functions. It is less flashy than the Formula 1 but still aggressively sporty.
How our clone follows it
The case is 45mm stainless steel with stainless steel specification. Automatic movement provides 48 hours of reserve. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both surfaces. Water resistance is around 50 metres for daily use and rain. During QC we inspect case side finishing, bezel tooth grip, subdial printing definition, chronograph hand centring, and bracelet end-link fit on a larger case.
On the wrist
At 45mm this is a substantial sport watch. It requires a confident wearer and suits larger wrists well. The weight is noticeable but not uncomfortable in stainless steel. It pairs best with athletic or casual-smart styling. For a more compact Carrera, the TAG Heuer CAR201Z.BA0714 is 43mm. The TAG Heuer CAR2115.BA0724 offers mid-range sizing.
