The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is stainless steel, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.

Does the rotating bezel click at each number?
Yes. The bezel has click stops every five minutes, matching the original design. Each click is a tactile feedback point. The mechanism is friction-based and will remain responsive with normal use.
Is this a chronograph or a timing bezel?
Both. The watch carries a mechanical chronograph operated by the top and bottom pushers. The rotating timing bezel provides an additional reference for elapsed time. You can use either or both together.
Will the black dial fade under sunlight?
The dial coating is UV-stable and will not fade significantly under normal exposure. Extended direct sunlight over years may cause subtle changes. This is normal for all dial colours.
Can I service the chronograph myself?
The chronograph is mechanical and sealed inside. We do not recommend opening it yourself. A qualified watchmaker can service it if the pushers become stiff or the hands stick.

What the Formula 1 is
The Formula 1 is TAG Heuer's casual sports watch, named for its racing heritage. This is a 43mm chronograph with a generous dial and chunky pusher guards. The design is modern and sporty, with a racing aesthetic that does not pretend to be vintage. The bezel rotates and the dial houses multiple subdials for timing.
How our clone follows it
The case is 43mm in stainless steel, built for an athletic wrist. Automatic movement delivers 48 hours of reserve. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, rotating ceramic bezel. Water resistance is around 50 metres for daily swimming and rain. We check in QC for bezel grip and rotation, pusher guard alignment, subdial printing sharpness, and chronograph hand position at rest.
On the wrist
At 43mm this is a sport watch with presence. The weight is balanced and not excessive for stainless steel. It suits masculine styling and athletic wear, or casual-formal combinations.
