We photograph and film every unit before dispatch, so you approve exactly what you're getting. In transit, watches are packaged to prevent movement. Arrival condition is usually pristine; the 12-month warranty covers any manufacture defects.
What's the right way to wind the watch initially?
The crown has two positions: screwed down for daily wear, and unscrewed for winding. Unscrew it fully, then turn clockwise until you feel resistance, typically around 20 to 30 turns. Don't force it. The watch will run for roughly 48 hours.
How do I maintain the bracelet finish?
A soft cloth wipes away fingerprints and dust. For deeper cleaning, mild soap and warm water work well; dry thoroughly afterward. Steel naturally develops patina with wear. Avoid harsh cleaners or soaking for extended periods.
Can I get a sapphire caseback version?
