The movement is automatic, so the seconds hand sweeps rather than ticks and the watch winds itself as you wear it. The case is titanium, finished by hand — brushed surfaces stay brushed and polished edges keep a clean line. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, 50 m water resistance for daily wear.
Men’s sizing. At 45mm it wears true to the original’s proportions. Every piece is checked and photographed before dispatch; the watch you receive is the one in the QC images we send you.

How much lighter is titanium versus steel at this size?
Titanium is approximately 40% lighter than steel by volume. This 45 mm titanium weighs roughly the same as a 40 mm steel watch. On the wrist, the large case does not feel heavy.
Does the screw-down crown require tools to operate?
No. The crown unscrews by hand with gentle pressure. A coin or small tool can be used if you have weak hands, but it is designed for hand operation only. The ratchet mechanism is internal.
What colour is the titanium—silver or grey?
Titanium has a natural grey-silver tone. It does not tarnish or discolour like steel. The finish on this model is brushed, so it has a soft, light-diffusing appearance rather than a reflective shine.
Is the rotating bezel unidirectional or bidirectional?
The bezel rotates bidirectionally (both ways freely). There is no ratchet stop. This allows full 360-degree rotation for timing. The resistance is smooth and moderate.

What the Seamaster Ploprof is
A professional diving instrument from the Seamaster family. The 45 mm case is substantial and engineered for water. The titanium material reduces weight on the wrist despite the size. The dial is grey, the bezel rotates for timing, and the crown is screw-down for pressure sealing. This is purpose-built.
How our clone follows it
We've set this at 45 mm in titanium with an automatic movement, sapphire crystal and rotating ceramic bezel. The 50-metre resistance is for daily wear (not dive certification). In QC we verify the crown screw-down action is smooth and tight, the bezel rotation is consistent, the titanium finish is even across the case, and the grey dial texture matches specification. Any defect in these areas fails QC.
On the wrist
At 45 mm in titanium, this Ploprof wears surprisingly light despite the size. The grey dial is subdued and professional. The screw-down crown is a mechanical detail you'll notice every time you adjust it—it adds to the instrument feel.
